Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Products

To protect food safety and quality, chocolate items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened — except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item received.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will replace it or refund its value at no extra cost.

Refund Method

• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
